Return and Exchange Only – No Refunds

At MAANSE ATELIER LLP, we handcraft each product with care. While we do not offer refunds, we do accommodate exchanges under specific conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • Applicable only for manufacturing defects.

  • Product can be returned within 72 hours .

  • If the same product is unavailable, choose an alternative of equal or higher value (you will need to pay any price difference).

  • Customers must bear the return shipping cost.

  • We do not offer reverse pickup.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions.

  • Customised products.

5. Steps to Exchange

  • Email your order number and reason for exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

  • After approval, ship the item to the address provided by us.

  • Include the original invoice and mention the desired replacement product.

  • Upon receiving and verifying the item, we will deliver the replaced/exchanged products writhing 5-7 days
